BLT Pita Pockets



These BLT Pita Pockets are a quick and healthy meal option, perfect for summer. Packed with fresh ingredients and crispy bacon, they're sure to satisfy your hunger while keeping you feeling light and energized.

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole wheat pita pockets
  • 8 slices of cooked bacon
  • 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups of fresh lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In order to make pockets, cut the pita pockets in half

Put a tablespoon of mayonnaise in the middle of each pita pocket

Put bacon, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce leaves inside each pocket

Add pepper and salt to taste

Serve right away and enjoy!
