Gluten-Free Homemade Pasta
Ingredients:
- 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Water, as needed
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour and salt
Make a well in the center and crack the eggs into it
Add olive oil
Using a fork, gradually incorporate the flour into the eggs and olive oil until a dough forms
If the dough is too dry, add water a tablespoon at a time until the dough comes together
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic
Divide the dough into smaller portions for easier handling
Roll each portion into a thin sheet using a rolling pin or pasta machine, dusting with extra flour as needed to prevent sticking
Cut the pasta into your desired shape, such as fettuccine or tagliatelle
Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the gluten-free pasta for 2-3 minutes or until al dente
Drain and serve with your favorite gluten-free sauce or toppings
