Mango Jelly Pops
In these cool jelly popsicles, you can enjoy the tropical sweetness of mango. Great for staying cool on a hot day!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- Popsicle molds
- Popsicle sticks
Instructions:
In a saucepan, mix mango puree, water, and sugar over low heat until sugar dissolves
Remove from heat and sprinkle gelatin powder over the mixture
Let it sit for 5 minutes
Return the saucepan to low heat and stir until gelatin completely dissolves
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds
Insert popsicle sticks
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely set
Once set, remove popsicles from molds by running warm water over them briefly
