Adobe Grilled Pork Chops Tacos



These Adobe Grilled Pork Chops Tacos are packed with flavor and perfect for a weeknight dinner or weekend barbecue. The adobo-seasoned pork chops are grilled to perfection and paired with fresh toppings and a tangy sour cream drizzle.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons adobo seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat

Rub adobo seasoning and olive oil onto both sides of pork chops

Place pork chops on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145F 63C

Remove pork chops from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips

Warm the flour tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds per side

To assemble tacos, place some shredded lettuce on each tortilla, top with sliced pork chops, diced tomatoes, diced red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese

Drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped cilantro
