Garlic Butter Shrimp
This garlic butter shrimp recipe is a quick and easy way to enjoy succulent shrimp with a rich buttery garlic flavor. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
For about one minute, until the garlic smells good, add the minced garlic
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper after adding them to the pan
About two to three minutes on each side, cook the shrimp until they are pink and fully cooked
Put butter in the pan and stir it around until it melts and mixes with the garlic
Take the pan off the heat and add the chopped parsley as a garnish
If you want, you can serve it hot with lemon wedges
