Green Smoothie



A refreshing and nutritious green smoothie packed with spinach, banana, pineapple, and chia seeds. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional

Instructions:

Put spinach, banana, pineapple chunks, chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup if using into a blender

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

Pour into glasses and serve right away
