Rachael's Most Popular Burgers
If you like burgers, Rachael's Most Popular Burgers are a classic and tasty choice. Every day of the week, these juicy beef patties with cheddar cheese, special sauce, and fresh toppings are a great way to fill up.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix ground beef, diced onions, salt, and pepper
Form the mixture into 4 patties
Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium-high heat
Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare burgers
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt
While the burgers cook, mix ketchup and mayonnaise to create a special sauce
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster
Spread the special sauce on the toasted buns
Place lettuce leaves and tomato slices on the bottom bun
Add the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on top
Sprinkle diced pickles over the burger
Top with the other half of the bun
