Roasted Garlic-Mozzarella Burger
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 burger buns
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 whole head of roasted garlic
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves
- Sliced tomatoes
- Sliced red onion
Instructions:
Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat
In a small bowl, mix the roasted garlic cloves with mayonnaise while the grill is getting hot
Put away
Put the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a different bowl
Four burger patties should be made from the mixture
Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side for medium-rare or longer if you like them more done
For the last minute of cooking, put a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of each burger and close the grill lid
This will melt the cheese
After putting the burger buns on the grill, let them brown a little, about one to two minutes
Put the burgers together: On the bottom half of each bun, spread the roasted garlic mayo
On top, put a leaf of lettuce, a burger patty with melted mozzarella, tomato slices, and red onion
Put the top bun on top
Toast the garlic and mozzarella and put them on hot burgers
Enjoy!
