                                               A refreshing and nutritious green smoothie packed with spinach, banana, pineapple, and chia seeds. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or snack!    Ingredients:           2 cups spinach leaves     1 ripe banana     1 cup frozen pineapple chunks     1 tablespoon chia seeds     1 cup unsweetened almond milk     1 tablespoon maple syrup optional        Instructions:       Put spinach, banana, pineapple chunks, chia seeds, almond milk, and maple syrup if using into a blender     Mix until it's creamy and smooth     Pour into glasses and serve right away     Have fun drinking your healthy green smoothie!
